All Premium-AD registrations benefit a 30-days trial period completely free of charge. During this evaluation period, the customer may choose to cancel his/her subscription at any time directly by filling up the cancellation form available at our website. Continuing your subscription after the trial period, automatically authorizes Catanduanesonlinepages to charge your account yearly (12 months) untill further notice with the amount due. Catanduanesonlinepages reserves the right to revise its advertising rate at any time after a 90-day notification period.

Changes

We endeavour to notify our users of any changes in our policies, legal notices and disclaimers. However should you decide not to participate in our free online advertise service you can terminate your data within 30 days after publication, to do so pls. notify us at catanduanesonlinepages@gmail.com.

The Company will only agree to cancellation of Premium-AD subscriptions on the condition that all costs and expenses incurred by the Company up to the time of cancellation and loss of profits and other loss or damage resulting to the company by reason of such cancellation will be paid forthwith by the Customer to the Company.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any point, meaning a subscription will not be renewed at the end of its current term. Termination of your subscription is automatically confirmed after your request is being processed. To cancel your contract simply notify us at: catanduanesonlinepages@gmail.com

Refund

Cancellations must be made through written notice at our emailadress: Catanduanesonlinepages@gmail.com If the written notice is received 30 days before actual placement, a 100% refund will be given; if received 15 days before actual placement, a 50% refund will be given; if received less than 15 days before actual placement, there will be no refund.
